Old Growth Quartersawn White Oak

Salvaged and resawn from 150 year old beams, this White Oak has excellent working characteristics, with up to 27 rings per inch and fantastic color.

Length 6-8', Width 4-8", Thickness 15/16". Excellent for restoration work, or fine furniture.

Some of the wood has checks and knots and defects. That "Run of the mill" wood is shown left, and is $4.00 bf, perfect if shorter lengths are needed. Select is $7.50, and we'll pull the best of this very nice wood.
