Warranty
Altalab Instrument weatherstations have a 3 year warranty on parts and labor, the best in the industry. We will gladly repair or replace any weatherstation that does not perform as specified, and work with you to get up and running in a timely manner. You are responsible for shipping both ways.
If you are at a race we may be able to ship you replacement and or loaner parts. The racer is responsible for shipping.
Exception to the warranty: the Remote Sensor Cable and the AltaCom II pager have a 1 year warranty, and our warranty does not cover pager alignment, which is caused by rough handling.
Calibrations and Repairs
Non warranty repairs will be made as reasonably and quickly as possible. Calibrations are FREE for the lifetime of your weatherstation. For best service on calibrations and repairs PLEASE CALL AHEAD (304) 497 2756. You are responsible for shipping both ways.
